摘要
选用 D2 97A(籼稻 Dissi细胞质 )、N.珍汕 97A(Oryza nivara细胞质 )、 - 32 A(印尼水田谷细胞质 )和龙特浦 A(野败细胞质 )为细胞质供亲 ,龙特浦 B为细胞核供亲 ,回交核置换育成 4个龙特浦同核异质不育系 (分别简称为 D特 A、N特 A、I特 A和 W特 A) .以此为材料 ,采用裂区设计 ,于 1995、1996年观察比较了它们在不同条件 (年份、播期、实生稻与再生稻 )下花粉的育性 .结果表明 ,同核异质不育系不育度在年份间、播期间、实生稻与再生稻间差异极显著 ,不同细胞质不育系间差异显著 ,其中 I特 A在各种处理条件下均表现出最高的不育度和最好的不育稳定性 .通过回交核置换技术培育新核质关系的同核异质不育系 ,可达到修饰改良育性的目的 .
Four Longtepu isonucleus allocytoplasmic CMS lines (INACs) (named D TA,N TA,I TA and W TA respectively, in short) were developed through substitutional backcrosses by using D297A, N.Zhenshan 97A, Ⅱ 32A and Longtepu A possessing Dissi, Oryza nivara, Yin Ni Shui Tian Gu and WA cytoplasm respectively, as cytoplasmic donors and Longtepu B as the recurrent parent. These INACs were planted on different sowing dates in different years for observation of pollen fertility under both seeding and ratooning conditions in 1995 and 1996. In different treatments there were significant differences in male sterility among INACs, of which I TA showed the highest rate of sterility and the best sterility stability under different conditions; meanwhile, altering nucleo cytoplasmic relationship by substitutional backcrosses could modify and improve male sterility of CMS lines.
