摘要
目的总结心脏黏液瘤的诊断和外科治疗的经验。方法 2005年2月至2011年2月我们共收住心脏黏液瘤病人35例,男6例,女29例;全组均在全身麻醉、浅或中低温体外循环下行肿瘤切除术,采用胸前正中切口。结果全组病人经治疗均痊愈出院。随访35例,随访时间3个月～6年,复发1例。结论心脏黏液瘤术前超声诊断准确率高,一经确诊尽早手术;手术的关键是将瘤体及瘤蒂部周围部分组织完整切除。
Objective To review the experience in the diagnosis and surgical treatment of cardiac myxoma. Methods From febru- ary 2005 to February 2012,we received a total of 35 cases of cardiac myxoma,male 6 cases,female 29 cases;the whole group were in general anesthesia, shallow low temperature cardiopulmonary bypass or resection of the tumor, the chest incision. Results All the pa- tients were cured after treatment. Follow - up of 35 cases, followed up for 3 months to 6 years, 1 cases of recurrence. Conclusion Cardi- ac myxoma preoperative diagnostic accuracy rate is high, the diagnosis as early as possible operation;operation is the key to move a- round the tumor and tumor pedicle tissue resection.
