低温等离子刀治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例临床疗效观察

摘要 目的探讨应用低温等离子髓核成形术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法应用等离子手术系统治疗腰椎间盘突出症30例,先行椎间盘造影,阳性后行等离子射频髓核成形术。结果 30例随访2~6个月,平均4个月,参照《中医病证诊断疗效标准》评定标准,其中临床治愈22例,好转4例,总有效率86.7%。未发生并发症。结论低温等离子刀髓核成形术是治疗腰椎间盘突出症的一种简单、安全、有效的微创手术。 Objective To explore the efficacy of coblation nucleoplasty for the treatment of lumber disc herniation. Methods A to- tal of 40 patients with lumber disc bemiation were treated with coblation nucleoplasty in our hospital. Discogram was taken before the surgery. The patients with negative results were excluded from this series. Results The 30 cases were followed up for 2 to 6 months (mean 4 months). According to the Traditional Chinese Medicine disease diagnosis and treatment practices' S criteria ,the outcome of the surgery was excellent in 22 and good in 4 ,accounting for 92%. None of this series had complications. Conclusion Coblation nude- oplasty is a simple,safe,and effective surgery with minimal invasion for lumber disc herniation.
