46例隐形眼镜致并发症分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨隐形眼镜配戴容易引起眼部并发症原因、治疗方法及预防措施。方法回顾性分析我院2010年6月至2011年6月收治的由于配戴隐形眼镜导致角膜感染等并发症46例患者的临床资料。结果由于隐形眼镜本身及应用等方面的原因,容易导致多种眼部并发症,46例患者中,角膜感染16例,角膜新生血管11例,巨乳头性结膜炎10例,急性结膜炎9例。结论长期配戴隐形眼镜容易导致严重的并发症,严重危害人的身体健康,应科学、规范地配戴隐形眼镜,并定期到医院进行眼科检查。
