云南省2008～2010年对县级实验室盐碘测定随机抽检复核结果分析

Analysis on the result of edible iodized-salt random re-inspection from each county(district)center of the disease prevention and control by the Institute of Provincial Endemic Diseases Prevention and Control laboratory from the year 2008 to 2010

目的核实我省县级疾病预防控制中心实验室盐碘检测准确性,评价检测结果有效性。方法由省级地方病防治机构对所辖区内10%的县级盐碘实验室的盐样检测结果按5%的比例进行随机抽检复核。结果对2008～2010年随机抽检复核的检测结果进行比对分析,2008年和2010年的检测结果省、县两级间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2009年复核结果无统计学意义。结论县级盐碘实验室检测能力逐年提高,实验室间比对是验证实验室检测能力的一项重要手段,检测数据的质量在地方病防治和科研中起着决定性和指导性的作用。

Objective In order to verify the accuracy of salt iodine inspection from each county （district） center of the disease prevention and control laboratory, and assess the effectiveness of detection results. Methods The institute of provincial endemic eiseases prevention and control inspected 5% samples randomly from the tested county （district） center of the disease prevention and control. The proportion of the selected center under the jurisdiction or command of Yunnan province was 10%. Results The random inspection result of the comparison analysis from the year 2008 to 2010 showed that the result had statistical significance in ＇.2008 and 2010 （ P 〈 0.05） , and it didnt have statistical significance in 2009（ P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion The county （ district） salt iodine laboratory testing ability level enhanced year by year, comparison between the laboratories was an important means to test and verify the laboratory ability, and the quality of the test data played a decisive and instructional role in the process of endemic diseases prevention and control.
