摘要
目的分析福建省厦门市2008~2012年碘盐监测数据,为制订碘缺乏病防治策略提供依据。方法按《全国碘缺乏病监测方案》规定的碘盐监测的抽样方法和盐碘测定方法进行监测。结果 2008~2012年监测省盐业配送中心碘盐62批,批质量合格率为100%,监测盐样558份,碘盐合格率为100%,盐碘中位数在24.1~30.6 mg/kg之间;测居民户家中食盐8 289份,其中合格8 043份,碘盐覆盖率为98.3%,碘盐合格率为98.7%,合格碘盐食用率为97.0%,非碘盐率为1.7%,盐碘中位数为28.4 mg/kg。结论厦门市各项碘盐质量指标处于国家控制指标内,且质量稳定。但还要继续加大监测、监督力度,进一步开展健康教育工作,确保人民群众食用合格碘盐。
Objective To analyze the monitoring data of iodized salt in Xiamen city during 2008 to 2012, and to provide basic information for working out control strategies of the iodine deficiency disorders. Methods According to the iodized salt monitoring requirements in "national iodine deficiency disorders monitoring program", the sampling method and determining method of iodized salt were carried on. Results Iodized salt wholesale: during 2008 to 2012, a total of 62 batches were monitored, batch qualification rate 100%; 558 salt samples were tested, iodized salt qualification rate 100%, and salt median iodine were from 24.1 mg/kg to 30.6 mg/kg. Household salt levels: 8 289 salt samples were collected, 8 043 qualified, iodized salt coverage rate 98.3%, iodized salt qualification rate 98.7%, qualified iodized salt consumption rate 97.0%, rate of non - iodized salt was 1. 7%, and salt median iodine were 28.4 mg/kg. Conclusions The iodized salt quality indicators were within the state - controlled range in Xiamen city which remained at relatively stable levels, but still need to continue to accelerate health education, ensuring the edible quality of iodized salt.
