猪源大肠埃希氏菌对较新的16种抗生素的敏感性

对从北京某猪场分离的 2 0株猪源大肠埃希氏菌所做的对 1 6种较新抗生素的药敏试验结果表明 ,除对头孢三嗪 ( CRO)、头孢噻甲羧肟 ( CAZ)、头孢噻肟 ( CTX)未产生耐药性外 ,分离菌株对其余 1 3种药物均显示程度不同的耐药。多西环 ( DO)、乙酰螺旋霉素 ( ASP)、杆菌肽 ( B)、新生霉素 ( NB)、氯洁霉素对其无抑制作用。 2 0株耐药菌株中 ,有 1 5种耐药谱型 ,多数为

A total of 20 isolates of Escherichia coli were all resistance to 16 newer antibiotics to a greater or lesser degree except to CRO,CAZ,CTX by antibiotic susceptibility test.The resistance rate to DO,ASP,B,NB,CM were the highest.The isolates showed 15 resistant patterns that could be distinguished.Most isolates showed resistance to more than 5 kinds of multiple antibiotics.The results is quite reliable to select antibiotics in practice.
