摘要
分析了乙烯利施用后3个甘蔗品种,新台糖16号(早熟)、桂糖11号(早中熟)和桂糖15号(中熟)节间4(未成熟节间)和节间8(成熟节间)蔗糖分累积的动态变化,对乙烯利催熟效应及增糖机制进行了探讨。乙烯利对甘蔗蔗糖分的影响因品种和节间而异,乙烯利显著提高未成熟节间的甘蔗蔗糖分,但对成熟甘蔗和(或)成熟节间的甘蔗蔗糖分影响不大。乙烯利能显著降低蔗汁还原糖分,而且对3个品种的成熟和未成熟节间都有影响,但以对未成熟节间的影响效应较大。乙烯利能显著提高纯度较低的未成熟品种或节间的蔗汁重力纯度。乙烯利的这些催熟效应在整个试验期都持续表现,而且是在不抑制甘蔗继续生长的条件下实现的。
The effects of ethephon on ripening and increasing sucrose content in mature and immature intemodes of sugarcane (Saccharum spp. hybrid) were studied with three varieties, namely, early-maturing variety ROC16, GT11 and intermediate variety GT15. The results showed that the effects of ethephon were varied from different varieties and (or) internodes. Ethephon significantly increased the sucrose contents in cane of immature internodes, but not in those of mature variety and (or) mature internodes. Ethephon significantly decreased the reducing sugar content in juice of mature and immature intemodes for all the three varieties, but the effect on immature intemodes was more significant than that on mature intermodes. The effect of ethephon on the juice gravity purity depended on the mature degree of the varieties and (or) intemedes, and greater effect on the juice gravity purity was shown in the less maturing ones. All these effects lasted for the whole experimental period (10 weeks) while the sugarcane growth was not retarded.
