多层螺旋CT在输尿管疾病中的诊断价值

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT三维泌尿系成像对输尿管病变的诊断价值。方法本组选择B超检查发现肾积水,IVU检查病变显示不清20例患者注射对比剂,并行多层螺旋CT扫描,扫描数据传输到西门子工作站,行泌尿系统三维重建,包括最大密度投影(MIP)、曲面重建(CPR)、容积再现(VR)、多平面重建(MPR)。结果 20例均能清晰显示病灶,明确梗阻原因。其中输尿管结石10例10个病灶,输尿管肿瘤3例3个病灶,炎性狭窄7例9个病灶。结论 MSCTU对输尿管疾病诊断优于IVP,是目前诊断输尿管疾病的最佳成像方法之一。 Objective To research the value, of Multilayer spiral CT three-dimensional urinary imaging in the diagnosis of ureteral lesions. Methods 20 cases, who were diagnosed as kidney seeper by the B ultrasonic examination and who IVU examination lesions show not clear, inject contrast agent, scan by Multilayer spiral CT. Transmit scanned data to Siemens workstation Syngo, Do three dimensional reconstruction, including maximum density projection (MIP), curved surface reconstruction (CPR), volume representation (VR) and multiplanar reconstruction (MPR). Results All of 20 cases can clearly display lesions and make sure the reason. The 10 cases of ureteral calculi contain I0 lesions, the 3 cases of ureteral tumor contain 3 lesions, 7 cases of inflammatory stenosis contain 9 lesions. Conclusion MSCTU to ureteral disease diagnosis is better than IVP, is the best imaging method of diagnosing ureteral diseases.
