摘要
5个二倍体西瓜品种子叶离体培养过程中 ,外植体分化频率、增殖系数、畸芽率及四倍体频率随基因型、外植体所处部位、激素浓度不同而存在着较大差异。用不定芽叶尖染色体计数可 1 0 0 %检出四倍体。
Experiments were made with cultured cotyledons of 5 diploid varieties of watermelon [Citrullus lanatus (Matsum. & Nakai)]. Differentiation frequency of the explants, multiplication coefficient, malformed shoot percentage and frequency of tetraploids varied considrably with genotype, explants and hormone levels in the medium. All the tetraploids could be easily detected by examining the chromosome number in the apical cells of the adventitious shoots. Tetraploid plants showed better adaptation to nutrition stress in the culture medium than their diploid counterparts.
