摘要
以香蕉组培分化芽和生根苗为试材 ,以剂量率 6 0R/m的60 Co不同剂量辐射处理 ,选育大果、高产、中矮杆的香蕉新品种 ,结果表明 :3~ 4KR辐射剂量下 ,可获 2 2 .9%~ 6 8.8%的植株成活率和 1 4 .5 %~ 33.7%的变异率 ,3~ 5KR辐射剂量下 ,可获 0 .6 %~ 2 .4%的有益性状突变。
Banana buds and seedlings in vitro were treated with γ-ray by dosage rate:60R/m, dosage:0,3,4,5,6,8,10R, in order to select a new variety:greater fruit, high yield, middle-height stern. The result shows that during 3~4KR dosage the seedlings survival rate was 22.9%~68.8% and variation rate 14.5%~33.7%; during 3~5KR dosage, useful character mutation rate was 0.6%~2.4%.
