摘要
研究结果表明 :家蚕血液保护酶系统活力在日本系统与中国系统间无明显差异 ,品种间存在极显著差异。保护酶系统活力具有很强的杂种优势 ,杂交优势率达到 30 %以上 ,势能比值大于 1 ,具有超显性效应。SOD ,CAT活力的显性方向和显性度因品种而异 ,推测是支配SOD ,CAT活力基因间的上位作用所致。
In the test reported in this paper, no remarkable differences were observed between the Japanese strain and the Chinese strain of silkworm in the activity of the protective enzyme system of their haemolymphs; however, highly significant inter-varietal differences existed. The activity of the protective emzyme systems showed a strong heterosis, V. R. being over 30% and P. R. over 1, and an over-dominant effect was shown to be present. The direction and degree of dominance of SOD and CAT activity differed with variety, which is speculated to be attributed to the epistatic action of the genes controlling the activity of the two enzymes.
