随着项目管理承包(PMC)模式在国际舞台上的作用日趋显著,掌握这种先进的管理模式、管理理念和管理方法已成为项目管理者的必修课,但对如何划分业主和项目管理承包方的权利和责任没有清晰的规则,作者从这个角度对PMC模式下的合同管理进行了分析及建议。
With the effect of project management contracting (PMC) mode become more and more significant in the international arena, mastering the advanced management mode, management ideas and management methods has become the compulsory subject of project managers, but there are no clear rules about how to divide the owners and project management contractors/ rights and responsibilities, and the author make suggestions on contract management of PMC mode from this angle.
