摘要
在我国铁路的不断发展过程中,需要对其施工风险进行研究。以临沂至临沭铁路项目为例,构建三层铁路项目风险指标体系进行风险的识别。用层次分析法对该项目进行风险分析,找出其中的主要风险,为项目风险决策提供依据,并指出本项目应重点防范的风险及具体应对措施。
With China's high-speed rail development, it is necessary to research on its construction risk. The article uses the fault tree to indentify the risk of LingXin to LingShu high-speed rail engineering, builds a three-tier risk index system of railway project risk identification. With the analytic hierarchy process, it finds out the main risk, for project risk decision provides the basis, and points out the key risks that should be concerned and the specific response.
