摘要 为了满足施工现场的要求,自密实混凝土主要是找出混凝土在满足强度以及流动性的前提下尽量减少水灰比以控制收缩裂缝的产生,以期达到混凝土"高流动性"和"高稳定性"之间的平衡。文章介绍了自密实混凝土的工作特点,并从不同的角度讲述了施工要点和质量控制。通过施工,我们了解并掌握了自密实混凝土从侧面管式注入的施工技巧,现将该施工方法进行总结,希望能对同类型的桥梁维护施工起到抛砖引玉的作用。 In order to meet the requirements of construction site, self-compacting concrete is mainly to reduce the water cement ratio and control shrinkage cracks under the premise of meeting the strength and fluidity, so as to achieve the halanee between concrete "high flow" and "high stability". This paper introduces the characteristics of self-compacting concrete, and points out the construction points and quality control from different point of view. By construction, we understand and master the construction skills of injection from the side of self-compacting concrete. The construction methods are summarized in this paper to play an important role in the maintenance construction of the same type of bridge.
