摘要
顶岗实习是高职院校有效推进工学结合人才培养模式的重要形式,也是培养高端技能型应用人才的重要途径之一。加强顶岗实习的管理对保障职业教育人才培养质量起起着重要的作用。本文就高职院校校企合作管理平台下,开展学生顶岗实习动态管理进行了详细的阐述。
Post practice is an important form to promote effectively personnel training mode with the combination of learning and working, is also an important way of cultivating high-skilled applied talents. To strengthen the internship management plays an important role in personnel training quality security of occupation education.
