摘要
采用多因素综合评定法,对普洱市思茅区农用土地级别面积构成、分布规律和发展趋势进行深入分析。所得出的定级划分与已有的定级结果整体上是相吻合的,其中不一致的地块单元基本上也反映了近年来思茅区空间发展的一些新态势,这为进一步的土地估价工作提供依据。本文按照《农用地定级规程》,在参考2009年定级估价成果的基础上,结合研究区土地利用现状,利用GIS技术完成农用土地定级任务,并对土地级别面积构成、分布规律和发展趋势进行深入分析。
This paper made in-depth analysis of agricultural land grade area, regularities of distribution and development trend in Pu'er City Simao district using the method of multi-factor comprehensive assessment. Grading division which has been obtained arc consistent to the classification results on the whole, which inconsistent block unit also basically reflects some new trend of Simao district space development in recent years, which provides a basis for further land valuation. In this paper, according to the farmland gradation rules and based on the reference of valuation and grading in 2009, combined with the status quo of land use in the study area, using GIS technology,it completed the task of agricultural land grading.
