杜仲叶降压成分鉴别及其含量分析 被引量:17

摘要 为提高杜仲叶综合利用价值 ,从杜仲叶中提取分离了降压有效成分松脂醇—二葡萄糖甙 ,经TCL、红外光谱等方法鉴定及对不同树龄季节的叶子与鲜叶、干叶的比较 ,结果表明 ,杜仲叶中有与皮相同的药理作用。皮的含量比叶强 3倍左右。 15年以下与 10年的叶子含量几乎无变化 ,而 10年以下的叶子含量仅为 10年的 1/ 2左右 ;夏、秋两季叶子含量无明显差异 ;落叶的含量明显偏低 ,仅为鲜叶的 1/ 3。 The depressor component was extracted from leaves of Eucommia ulmodies (turpentine alcohol biglucoside).The Leaves had the same pharmacological activity as barks identified by silica gel thinlayer and infrared rays spectrum et al. The comparative study was made on contents of leaves at different age, season and fresh leaves or fallen leaves.The results indicated that the contents of leaves had no difference between fifteen and ten years,but the contents were lower under ten years,with about half of the ten years. No difference was observed for contents of leaves in summer and autumn.The fallen leaves had very low contents, with only one third of fresh leaves and couldn't be used instead of bark.
