摘要
为摸清贵阳市常见叶类蔬菜受污染的情况 ,对贵阳市售 9个品种的叶类蔬菜中有害元素汞、铬、砷、铅、镉的含量进行了分析检测。结果表明 ,汞、镉、砷、铅四种素的含量均未超过国家标准。其中汞的含量范围为 0 1~ 3 1× 10 - 3mg/kg ;镉、砷、铅均未被检出 ,而铬的含量超出国家参考标准 ,含量范围为 0 5~ 2 91mg/kg。铅的污染主要是由于工业上广泛使用铬 (电镀、医药、印染、印刷等 ) ,工业污染排放的铬 ,通过各种途径进入菜地 ,造成蔬菜地———蔬菜的污染。只有摸清污染源 ,严格控制排污 。
To understand the pollution situation of vegetables in Guiyang City,the contents of some harmful elements(Hg,Cr,As,Pb and Cd)in 9 species of leafy vegetables obtained from the free markets were determined.The results showed that the contents of 4 elements (Hg,Cd,As and Pb )in the samples were lower than the permitted values issued by the Food Hygienic Standards of China,and Hg had a content rang of 0 1-3 1×10 -3 mg /kg ,and Cd ,As and Pb had the contents lower than the detection limits.However,the content of Cr in the samples was higher than the permitted values and had a content rang of 0 5-2 91 mg/kg.The research results suggested that the Cr pollution could come from the industrial uses of Cr in electroplating medicine producing,printing,printing and dyeing,and etc.
