牛体细胞核移植细胞融合电压强度对融合效果及胚胎发育的影响 被引量:3

摘要 以牛胎儿纤维芽细胞作供核细胞 ,电击融合法所用直流电压强度分别设定为 80、1 0 0、1 2 0、1 4 0V /mm ,细胞融合率分别为1 6 .5 %、40 .0 %、6 0 .3 %、41 .7% ;融合的细胞后经活性化处理 ,可供发育培养的比例分别为 80 .0 %、6 0 .5 %、5 2 .9%、3 5 % ;各组囊胚率分别为 3 3 .3 %、47.8%、45 .9%、45 .9%、2 8.6 % ,总融合效率以1 2 0V
