摘要
结合最新的数学理论,提出一种基于粗糙集理论的工程项目评标方法.通过实例证明,该方法在工程项目评标方法中具有可行性,为工程项目评标方法提供了一种新的思路,具有很好的应用前景.
The paper presents a method for evaluating bids of engineering projects based on rough set theory combined with the latest mathematical theory. Proved by actual instance, the method is feasible in evaluating bids of engineering projects. It provides a new thought for evaluating bids of engineering projects and has a good applied foreground.
