摘要
建立了电感耦合等离子体质谱法的KED技术测定药品盐酸多西环素中的痕量Pd的检测方法.结果显示,KED技术的应用避免了检测中多原子离子对钯的干扰,更有利于复杂样品中痕量以及超痕量钯的检测,方法的检出限达到了21 ng/L,为盐酸多西环素药品的监控提供了一种新的检测方法.
In this article,we introduced a new method to determine the trace palladium in doxycycline hyclate by ICP-MS. The result demonstrated that the application of KED in ICP-MS avoided the interference from multi- atomic ions. Comparing to the classical methods, this method was fast, simple, exact and successfully suit for the detection of trace palladium in complicated sample. The detect limit was 21 ng/L.
