摘要
氟化镁具有特殊的物理化学性能,包括优良的光学性能、高的热稳定性及化学稳定性、高硬度等,因而在众多领域都有重要应用。综述了氟化镁材料的特性及在不同领域中的应用研究进展。最后展望了将来氟化镁的应用研究方向。
Magnesium fluoride has special physical and chemical properties, including excellent optical perfor mance,high thermal stability and chemical stability, high hardness, etc. , and thus has been applied in many fields. The properties of magnesium fluoride and the research progress in its applications in all fields are reviewed. Finally, the future research orientations of magnesium fluoride application are prospected.
