摘要
综述了TiO2纳米管阵列的阳极氧化制备研究进展,尤其是制备机理、阳极氧化电压、电解液组成对其形貌的影响。此外,展望了TiO2纳米管阵列的研究前景,提出了其工业化生产工艺的研究方向和充分利用其空腔管阵结构进行改性的研究思路。
The research progress on titania nanotube arrays prepared by anodic oxidation under static voltage is reviewed, especially that the mechanism of fabrication, the effect of the work-voltage and electrolyte on its figuration. The potential researches of titania nanotube arrays are predicted. The research of industrialized production technology and using the cavum nanotube arrays configuration of titania nanotube arrays for amendment are put forward.
