摘要
简单介绍了镁合金微弧氧化新技术及其优缺点,主要综述了镁合金微弧氧化陶瓷层表面的金属导电改性与有机导电改性技术,详细介绍了有机导电涂料的研究现状、有机导电膜的制备方法及其在微弧氧化陶瓷层上的附着力,展望了表面导电改性/微弧氧化复合工艺在镁合金上的应用前景。
New technologies and their advantages and disadvantages of magnesium alloy microarc oxidation are summarized briefly. Metal conductive modification and organic conductive modification techniques on the surface of microarc oxidation ceramic layers for magnesium alloys are mainly reviewed. The research development, preparation methods and the adhesion on the surface of microarc oxidation ceramic layers of organic coatings are introduced in de- tail. The application of the combined method between surface conductive modification and microarc oxidation to mag- nesium alloys is prospected.
