摘要
W-Cu功能梯度材料是一种新型非均质复合材料。介绍了W-Cu功能梯度材料的基本特征及用途,综述了W-Cu功能梯度材料的制备方法,并介绍了电沉积法在制备功能梯度材料中的应用情况,分析了其制备W-Cu功能梯度材料的可行性,最后提出了今后W-Cu功能梯度材料需要解决的问题。
The W-Cu functionally gradient materials (FGM) is a new kind of composite materials. The basic properties and the applications of W-Cu FGM are discribed, the preparation methods of FGM are introduced. The electro-deposition method in the preparation of FGM is emphatically described, and the feasibility of W-Cu FGM is analyzed. Finally, the problems of W-Cu FGM which should be solved are pointed out.
