Belarus communications satellite project was launched in Beijing on January 29, 2013. CASC will develop and build a communications satellite for Belarus based on the DFH-4 satellite platform and launch the satellite using a LM-3C launch vehicle. This will be the first China-made communications satellite exported to the European market.
