英语教师工作绩效与资讯素养关系探析

摘要 为探讨英语教师资讯素养与工作绩效之间的关系,通过对衡阳市2所职业院校和2所中学的75名英语教师进行问卷调查,借助SPSS13软件对调查数据进行了处理。结果表明:不同学历、工龄、职称的英语教师资讯素养之间的差异与其工作绩效之间的差异具有统计学意义,显示英语教师的学历层次和职称结构决定教师资讯素养的高低;教师工作绩效与资讯素养成正比,英语教师资讯素养能力的增强有助于提高其工作绩效。通过综合分析资讯素养的影响因素,提出了相应对策以提高英语教师的资讯能力及其工作绩效。 To discuss the relationship between information literacy and job performance of English teachers, a questionnaire survey was given to 75 English teachers in 2 vocational colleges and 2 middle schools in Hengyang City. The collected data was analyzed by SPSS 13. The result showed as follows: there were statistical significance between information literacy of teachers' education background, seniority as well as job title and the job performance (p〈0.05); it was educational level and title structure that play an important role in the level of information literacy; teachers' information literacy was in proportion to their job performance; improving teachers' ability of information literacy contributed to the improvement of their job performance. The article also came up with strategies to improve teachers' information literacy ability and job performance by comprehensively analyzing the influencing factors of information literacy.
