摘要 针对Rife算法和相位差法在不同频段频率估计性能互补的特点,该文提出了一种基于Rife算法和相位差法的正弦波频率估计综合算法。同时该算法利用Rife算法得到的信息,对原始的相位差法进行了改进,减少了计算量,理论分析与计算机仿真结果表明该文建议的综合算法有效地提高了频率估计的精度和稳定性,其均方根误差接近克拉美罗限,整体性能优于Rife算法和相位差法,有一定的应用价值。 For the complementary characteristic of Rife algorithm and phase difference algorithm's frequency estimation performance in different frequency band, a combined algorithm for sinusoid signals based on Rife algorithm and phase difference algorithm is proposed. This combined algorithm used the information from the Rife algorithm to improve the original phase difference algorithm to reduce the calculation amount. The results of theoretical analysis and computer simulation show that the proposed combined algorithm improves the fre- quency estimation accuracy and stability without increasing the calculation amount obviously. Its root mean square error(RMSE) approaches Cramer-Rao lower bound(CRLB) in the whole frequency band. The overall performance of this combined algorithm is better than Rife algorithm and the phase difference algorithm.
