丹参川芎嗪注射液对急性脑梗死患者PAC-1和CD62p的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Salviae Miltiorrhiza and Ligustrazine Injection on PAC-1 and CD62p in Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

摘要 目的探讨丹参川芎嗪注射液对急性脑梗死患者血小板膜糖蛋白纤维蛋白原受体(PAC-1)和P-选择素(CD62p)的影响。方法 80例急性脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各40例。两组均给予脱水、降压、降糖、调脂、抗血小板、护脑等常规治疗,治疗组加用丹参川芎嗪注射液10ml加入生理盐水250ml,静脉滴注,1次/d,两组均治疗14d。比较两组的临床疗效及治疗前后PAC-1和CD62p的变化。结果治疗组总有效率97.5%,明显高于对照组82.5%(P<0.05)。两组治疗后PAC-1和CD62p均较治疗前明显下降(P<0.05),但治疗组下降更明显,与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,并能下调PAC-1和CD62p的表达。 Objective To study the effect of Salviae miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection on PAC-1 and CD62p in patients with acute ischemic stroke. Methods 80 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly di- vided into the treatment group and the control group with 40 cases in each one. In the control group, routine thera- py was administered for the treatment of cerebral infarction. In the treatment group, on the basis of the same rou- tine therapy as the control group,Salviae miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection was supplemented, 10 ml in 250 ml saline,intravenous drip everyday for 14 days. The clinical efficiency was compared between two groups. The levels of PAC-1 and CD62p were detected by flow cytometry before and after treatment in two groups. Results Total ef- fective rate of treatment group(97.5%) was obvious higher than that(82.5%) of control group (P〈0.05). After treatment,the levels of PAC-1 and CD62p were obviously decreased compared with those before treatment in both groups (P〈0.05) ,with significant difference between two groups after treatment (P〈0. 05). Conclusion Salviae miltiorrhiza and ligustrazine injection is an effective drug for acute ischemic stroke and can decrease expressions of PAC-1 and CD62p to suppress platelet activation.
