摘要
弹性工作制于19世纪60年代末在德国首次出现,并在发达国家得到了广泛的应用和发展。中国自80年代初开始正式应用弹性工作制,但是对其依然缺乏正确认识。本文旨在探讨弹性工作制的应用概况、定义、分类和价值,倡导中国对弹性工作制的实际应用,从而使其成为后危机时代的一剂良药。
