That market economy gradually develop promotes the development of the enterprise. The importance of the family enterprise can not be ignored,in the fierce market competition environment, we are facing with many new op- portunities and challenges. This article illustrates that optimizing control mode of family enterprise is the significance of enterprise management, and then analyzes the present situation of the family enterprise and the internal govern- ance problems, and put forward the ways to optimize control mode of Chinese family enterprise.
