摘要
学习动机是语言学习者的动力源泉,是影响外语学习的重要因素。然而,由于学习动机的多样化,导致对学习动机作用的解释也多种多样,由此派生出多种不同的动机理论。本文针对近年来大多数研究侧重激发学习者学习动机的现状,提出应根据麦克兰里的成就动机理论和耶基斯-多德森定律,在激发的学习者学习动机的同时,更要合理控制其动机水平,以期使学习者获得更好的学习效果。并在此基础上,探讨了教学实践中应多措并举,激发并合理调控学生的动机水平,提高教学效率。
Learning motivation is language learners power source and the key factor affecting foreign language learn- ing. According to the present study about learning motivation,this study proposes that the language teacher and re- searcher should control foreign language learner' s motivation and make it stay at a proper level, to improve the for- eign language learning effect. Furthermore,it suggests that different kinds of measures should be taken to excite and regulate the foreign language learner' s motivation to improve learning effect.
