Influence of torque on sliding frictional force of rectangular archwires

摘要 目的研究不同转矩角对正畸方丝在0.022英寸托槽系统内滑动摩擦力的影响。方法选用0.019英寸×0.025英寸不锈钢方丝,在前牙段加载0°、5°、10°、20°的转矩,与三种托槽系统(DamonQ被动自锁托槽、TOMY主动自锁托槽、OPA-K传统托槽)进行匹配检测,使用微机伺服万能材料实验机测量滑动摩擦力。结果①在0°、5°转矩角时,三种托槽两两比较均有显著差异;②在10°转矩角时,除DamonQ被动自锁托槽与其他两组比较有统计学意义外(P<0.01),其他托槽间比较差异均无统计学意义;③在20°转矩角时,OPA-k传统托槽与其他两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),而其他托槽间比较差别无统计学意义。结论随着转矩角度的增加,被动自锁托槽与主动自锁托槽的滑动摩擦力无明显差异。 Objective To examine the influence of the sliding friction with different torque angle on orthodontic rect- angular archwires in the 0.022 inch brackets system. Methods Using the 0.019×0.025 inch stainless steel archwires,at the anterior segment with 0°5°10°20°torque, to do the matching detectiong with the three bracket system(DamonQ pas- sive self-ligatiug brackets, TOMY active self-ligating brackets, OPA-K conventional bracket), which using the micro- computer servo universal material testing machine to measure sliding friction. Results (1)At the 0°, 5° torque, each one of the three kinds of brackets' friction all shows the difference through the comparison with other two bracket systems; (2)At 10°torque, the comparison between each other barckets were no significant differences, except the DamonQ pas- sive self-ligating brackets which was compared with the other two groups. (/9 〈 0.01); (3) In the 20° torque, the OPA-k conventional brackets compared with the other two groups had statistical significance (P 〈 0.05), while the other two groups were no significant difference. Conclusion With the increase of the torque angle, there is no difference of the sliding friction between passive self-ligating brackets and active self-ligating brackets.
