抗癫一号对癫痫大鼠自由基代谢及海马神经元的影响

摘要 目的探讨抗癫一号对慢性致痫大鼠自由基含量及海马神经元的影响。方法腹腔注射戊四唑(PTZ)造成慢性癫痫大鼠动物模型,化学比色法测定其自由基含量,HE染色观察海马区神经元变化。结果抗癫一号可减少癫痫大鼠血清内自由基含量,与模型组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);可增加海马区神经元的数目,恢复神经元形态及结构。结论抗癫一号通过增加抗氧化酶活性来阻止PTZ点燃后所产生的自由基对神经元的损害,从而起到神经保护作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of antiepileptic drug I on free radical reactions in serum and hip- pocampus neuron in brain by intraperitoneal injection of pentylenetrazol (PTZ) in rats. Methods The animal models of chronic epilepsy in rats were established by intraperitoneal injection of PTZ. The brain and serum of rats were harvest- ed after 30 days, free radical contents in serum were measured using chemical colorimetry and morphologic changes of hippocampus neuron were observed by optical microscope. Results Compared to PTZ-induced rats, treatment with antiepileptic drug I significantly decreased the contents of free radical (P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0.01), meantime, the number of hippocampus neuron were increased. Conclusion Antiepileptic drug I has potential neuron protective effect via in- creasing antioxidant enzyme activity on rats induced by FI'Z.
