西沙必利联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良的疗效观察

Effect of cisapride combined with deanxit in the treatment of functional dyspepsia

目的探讨西沙必利联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良的疗效。方法选择我院2011年6月～2012年6月治疗的功能性消化不良患者60例,分为观察组(西沙必利联合黛力新)和对照组各30例(西沙必利),比较两组的疗效及随访3个月后的复发率。结果观察组的总有效率达83.3%,明显高于对照组(63.3%)(P<0.05)。治疗后通过电话或门诊随访3个月。观察组复发3例,对照组复发5例,两组复发率分别为10%、16.7%,观察组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论西沙必利联合黛力新治疗功能性消化不良效果确切,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the efficacy of cisapride joint deanxit in the treatment of functional dyspepsia. Methods A total of 60 cases of patients with functional dyspepsia treatment in hospital from June 2011 to June 2012, and they were randomly divided into two groups （the cisapride deanxit） and the control group 30 cases （cisapfide）, the efficacy and the relapse rate were compared between two groups. Results After 4 weeks of treatment in both groups, effects were observed the total effective rate of the observation group was 83.3%, was significantly higher （63.3%） than the control group, the difference was statistically significant, the observation group were significantly better than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. After treatment 3 months, three cases recurrence in the observation group, the recurrence of the control group of five cases, two sets of recurrence rates were 10%, 16.7%, recurrence rate of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The cisapride deanxit effect of the new treatment of functional dyspepsia is exact, and has lower recurrence rate, worthy of clinical application.
