柯达CR超长成像系统在长骨成像中的临床应用价值

Clinical application value of Kodak CR superlong imaging system for long bone imaging

目的研究柯达数字化超长成像系统在长骨(下肢、脊柱)成像中的临床应用价值。方法收集我院2005年5月～2012年5月下肢全长123例和脊柱全长223例患者,应用柯达DirectViewCR超长垂直固定式长骨成像系统、蓝韵高频X光机检查。结果拍摄出346例合格的数字化下肢全长、脊柱全长X线影像。结论柯达数字化下肢全长、脊柱全长X线影像为临床诊断下肢、脊柱病变提供了可靠的影像学资料,同时减少了患者的X线照射剂量。

Objective To research the clinical application value of KODAK digital superlong imaging sysem on long bone （lower limbs, vertebral column） imaging. Methods To gather 123 cases of patients in full lower limbs,223 cases of patients in full vertebral columns from May,2005 to May 2012 and inspect by KODAK DirectView CRSuper long and vertical fixed type long bone imaging sysstem and Landwind high-frequency X-Ray machine. Results To take 346 cases of qualified digital X-Ray images of full lower limbs,full vertebral columns. Conclusion KODAK digital full lowerlimbs, full vertebral column X-Ray image can provide reliable photographic data for the diagnosis of the lesion of lower leg and vertebral column,at the same time, X-Ray illumination of patients can be decreased.
