改良增液汤加减灌肠法治疗阿片类药物致便秘效果观察

The observation of improved increasing liquid tonga minus clyster in the treatment of opioids cause constipation

目的探讨改良增液汤加减灌肠法治疗阿片类药物引起便秘的疗效及护理干预。方法将50例中重度癌痛患者随机分为两组各25例。治疗组采用改良增液汤加减灌肠法;对照组传统大量不保留灌肠法,比较两组灌肠后的效果。结果治疗组23例有效,11例产生副反应;对照组17例有效;13例有副反应;两组灌肠效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);副反应结果无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论改良增液汤加减灌肠法治疗阿片类药物引起便秘效果好。

Objective To discuss the curative effect and nursing intervention of improved Zengyetang clyster on pa- tients with astriction caused by opioids. Methods Fifty patients with serious cancer pain were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group patients were treated with improved Zengyetang clyster;while the control group pa- tients with traditional reserved enema, compared the different curative effect of two groups. Results Twenty-three cases were effective in treatment group of 25 cases,while 17 in control group of 25 cases. There were 11 cases had side effects in treatment group and 13 in treatment group, respectively. Statistical results in treatment group can effec- tively improve the patients condition defecation （P 〈 0.05）.The side effect in both groups had no statistic significance. Conclusion The improved Zengyetang clyster has better treatment effect on astriction caused by opioids.
