中医药治疗腰椎管狭窄症的研究进展

Research progress of traditional Chinese medicine intreatment of lumbar spinal stenosis

腰椎管狭窄症是中老年人群的常见病、多发病,无论是给个人还是社会都造成沉重的负担。目前对于本病还缺乏特效性的治疗方法,中医药因其副作用小、疗效显著等特点和优势在本病的治疗上得以发掘和发展,相关的报道也纷纷见诸于各学术刊物。文章就近几年关于中医药治疗腰椎管狭窄症的研究进展综述如下,希望有利于增进临床医生对治疗本病的认识和发展。

As a common and frequently-occurring disease in the middle-aged and elderly people,lumbar spinal steno- sis has been a heavy burden to both the individual and the society. So far there is no specific treatment for such a dis- ease, but the traditional Chinese medicine has been widely used in the treatment because of its own advantages--little side effects and remarkable effectiveness. And relevant reports can be found in various academic journals. Therefore, by reviewing recent research progress of the treatment with traditional Chinese medicine for lumbar spinal stenosis, this article hopes to raise clinical doctors awareness of treatment for LSS, and then to promote the development of treatment for LSS.
