摘要 目的探讨Bcl-2、IGF-2蛋白在子宫肌瘤组织中的表达及与子宫肌瘤发病的相关性。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测子宫肌瘤组织及正常子宫肌层组织中Bcl-2、IGF-2蛋白的表达情况,并采用Pearson相关分析法分析Bcl-2、IGF-2蛋白与子宫肌瘤发生的相关性。结果 Bcl-2、IGF-2蛋白在子宫肌瘤组织中的阳性表达率明显高于正常子宫肌层组织,两者在子宫肌瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为(100%、95%)高于在正常肌层组织的表达(21.21%、25.00%)。结论在子宫肌瘤组织中Bcl-2呈过度表达,IGF-2表达也上调,表明Bcl-2、IGF-2蛋白表达的增多可诱导肌瘤的发生。 Objective To investigate the expression of Bcl-2, IGF-2 protein expression in uterine fibroid tissue and the correlation with the incidence of uterine fibroids. Methods Immunohistochemistry SP method, detection the ex- pression of Bcl-2, IGF-2 protein in uterine leiomyoma and normal myometrium, and analyze the correlation between Bcl-2, IGF-2 protein and occurrence of uterus fibroids by pearson correlation analysis. Results The positive expres- sion rate of Bcl-2, IGF-2 protein in uterine fibroid tissue was significantly higher than normal myometrium, both posi tive expression rate in uterine fibroid tissue (100%, 95%, respectively) higher than in the normal muscle tissue (21.21%, 25.00%). Conclusion Bcl-2 protein in uterine fibroid tissue was overexpressed, the expression of IGF-2 is also up- regulated, suggesting that the increased expression of Bcl-2and IGF-2 protein can induce the occurrence of fibroids .
