摘要
目的分析护理质量管理中护理质量督导的实践效果,评价其在护理质量管理中的应用价值。方法对医院临床科室设立督导小组,以保证和改进护理质量为目的,对临床护理工作设计的相关考核标准进行修改完善,对全院基础护理、病房及护理技能等护理质量评价进行评估,确定相关护理质量改进项目并予以落实,确定"以服务对象为中心"的护理质量管理理念,提高服务质量及服务对象满意度。结果督导实施后,医院的基础护理、护理技能及病房护理等护理综合质量及服务满意度与实施前相比显著提高(P<0.05)。结论在护理质量管理中进行护理质量督导,可有效改善医院护理综合质量及患者与家属满意度,该方法值得在护理质量管理中推广应用。
Objective To analyze the supervision of the quality of care in nursing quality management practice effects, and to evaluate the value of nursing quality management. Methods Hospital clinical departments were set up a steer- ing group to ensure and improve the quality of care for the purpose of design appraisal standards of clinical care, and to revise and improve the quality of care evaluation to assess the hospital based care, to determine the related care quality improvement projects to be carried out to determine the quality management concepts to client-centered care, improve the quality of service and service objects satisfaction. Results After the implementation of the supervisory sat- isfaction with the implementation of the hospital based care, nursing skills and ward care nursing quality and service have a significant increase than before(P 〈 0.05). Conclusion In the quality of care for the management of the quality of care for steering, which can effectively improve the comprehensive quality of hospital care and the patients and their families satisfaction, the method is worthy of promotion in nursing quality management application.
