剖宫产术后腰痛原因分析及防治

Cause and prevention and control of lumbago after cesarean section

目的探讨剖宫产方式与产后腰痛的关系,并就其原因及相应防治措施进行分析探讨。方法将筛选的510例产妇划分为顺产组、有手术指征剖宫产组及社会因素剖宫产组,进行产后腰痛的问卷调查,并根据行为疼痛测定法中的评分细则进行评分。结果有手术指征剖宫产组产妇相对于顺产组产妇的腰部痛感评分差异不明显,社会因素剖宫产组产妇的腰痛感评分显著高于顺产组。结论社会因素剖宫产与产后腰痛密切关联。防治应尽可能选择自然生产方式和产前充分预防、产后多休息、哺乳期多补钙、产后早活动、少弯腰等原则。

Objective To investigate the relationship between the cesarean delivery mode and the post-natal lumbago, and analyze its causes and corresponding prevention and control measures. Methods A total of 510 puerperae were di- vided into the natural delivery group, the cesarean group with surgical indication and the social factor cesarean group. All the puerperae received a postpartum questionnaire survey on lumbago and their scores were determined using the detailed rules of the behavioral pain measurement method. Results The cesarean group with surgical indication and the natural delivery group were not significantly different in the average value of lumbago score, but the social factor cesarean group was significantly higher than the natural delivery group in the average value of lumbago score. Con- clusion Social factor cesarean section and postpartum lumbago are closely related. Natural delivery should be chosen as frequently as possible, and sufficient prenatal prevention, sufficient postpartum rest, enough calcium supplements in the lactation period, early postpartum activity and less postpartum bending over should be followed.
