摘要 要办好一所学校,首先是学校定位问题,接着探索一条实现目标的路径。在路径研究中,需要研究学校自身的问题与现代教育思想的运用手段。最后需要研究和实践一体化设计的课程思路,具体表现为:根据学校师生的特点确定学科定位;个别化的课程实施;系列化和序列化的综合实践活动的推广以及育人氛围和环境的创设。 In order to run a school, the first problem is school positioning, then explore a path to achieve the goal. In the path of research, we need to study the means of the school itself, the problem with the use of modern educational thought. Finally, research and practice integrated design curriculum ideas, specific performance: disciplinary orientation is determined in accordance with the characteristics of the teachers and students; individualized curriculum implementation; to promote serialization and serialization comprehensive practical activities; to create the educational atmosphere and environment.
