摘要 优质学习的原则即优质学习的基本要求,其主要原则有五条。一是以素质发展为核心取向,其依据是:素质发展对学习来说具有最重要的价值;以素质发展为核心取向能够持续而全面地激励学生的学习。二是有显著的自主性,其依据是:自主性是学习的一个重要目的;自主性是有效学习的一个重要条件。三是个性化,其依据是:个性化是优质学习所必需的;个性化是可能实现的。四是具有浓厚的学习兴趣,其依据是:学习兴趣是极为重要的;本来有多方面的学习兴趣源。五是体现优化的文化,其依据是:文化对学习至关重要;振兴中华文化是一项重大的使命;中华文化需要优化。 The principles of high-quality learning is the basic requirements of high-quality learning. There are five main principles. The first is to take quality development as core orientation, because quality development has the most important value to learning, and this can sustainably and all-roundly encourage student to learn. The second is notable autonomy, because auton- omy is one important purpose of learning one important condition of effective learning. The third is individualization, because in- dividualization is needed by high-quality learning and it is realizable. The fourth is to has dense learning interest, because learning interest is extremely important and there' re many interest sources originally. The fifth is to embody optimized culture, because culture is the most important to learning, to vitalize Chinese culture is a great mission, and the Chinese culture needs optimization.
