摘要 美术学习评价历来是美术教育中的难题之一。在视觉文化的背景下,中小学美术课程的目标、教学内容与方法发生了很大的转变。检验这些转变能否有效执行,要解决的关键问题就在于评价。文章通过对国内外中小学美术学习评价现状的研究,积累经验,并以此为基础,在我国《义务教育美术课程标准(2011年版)》以及国际美术教育发展方向的指引下,提出与高品质课程和优质教学相对应的有效美术学习评价的建议。 The assessment of art learning is one of the problems has always been in art education. In the age of visual cul- ture, there are great charges in primary and secondary school' s art education such as learning objectives, teaching content and methods. Assessment is the most important tool to evaluate the effective implementation of these changes.This article through the study and evaluation of the status in elementary and high schools at home and abroad, to accumulate experience, and on this basis put forward under the guidance of the China Compulsory Education Art Curriculum Standard (2011 Edition) as well as international art education development direction of high-quality courses recommendations of Fine Arts and the corresponding quality teaching effective learning evaluation.
