摘要 磁浮选矿是从80年代开始的,它作为一种新型高效,节能耗的选矿方法,在选矿过程中同时利用矿物的磁性和可浮性,有效回收泡沫产品中的磁性矿物,同时将其用在弱磁性矿物与磁铁矿的分选过程,可减少或全部取消在传统浮选或磁选流程中的精选和扫选作业。对该工艺在铁矿选矿中的应用的概况和进展进行了详细的阐述。 The magnetc-flotafion technology was originated in the 80s, As a kind of new high efficiency and energy consumption beneficiation method,Using the mineral' s magnetism and buoyancy during the beneficiation processing, It is has got significant effect in recovery bubble when products in the magnetic minerals , but also can be used in the weak magnetic minerals and magnetite sorting process, using this method can reduce or cancelled in traditional flotation process of selecting and magnetic separation' s concentration and scavenging flow. This paper analyzes the process of the general situation and progress about the iron ore concentratinn in detail.
