摘要
为给VA菌根菌在生产上的应用提供依据 ,以脱毒富士苹果组培苗为试验材料 ,采用塑料盆栽控水措施 ,研究VA菌根菌对苹果组培苗水分利用的影响。结果表明 ,在 4个土壤含水量水平下 ,菌根化苹果植株制造 1g干物质的用水量均低于对照 ,节水效果为 12 5%~39 6 %。
In order to investigate the effect of VA mycorrhizal fungi on water utilization ratio of in vitro cultrued apple plantlets, plastic pot culture was used to control the soil water content The results showed that under all of four different soil water contents, to produce one gram dry matter the apple plants inoculated with mycorrhizal fungi consumed less water than controll plants The efficiency of water saving was 12 5%~39 6%
