系统论述稻米碾磨品质、外观品质、蒸煮品质的遗传规律及特点,介绍分子标记辅助选择的原理、优越性及其在育种方面的应用开发现状,为改良我国稻米品质提供有益参考。
This article expounds on the genetic rules and characteristics of rice milling quality, appearance quality, cooking quality and the principle of molecular marker assisted selection as well as its advantages and its application in breeding in a bid to provide useful reference for the improvement of rice quality in China.
