This article makes analysis on the general situation of livestock manure organic fertilizer resources and its exploitation and utilization in Liaoning Province. In view of the main problems existing in the utilization of organic fertilizer resources in the province, the author puts forward feasible solution in a bid to provide scientific basis for better development and utilization of organic fertilizer resources.
