Agricultural Mechanization and Large-scale Land Management

在现有家庭联产承包体制下,农业机械化发展受到了一定的制约。阐述农村劳动力转移速度加快、农民摆脱繁重劳动意愿强烈以及一系列惠农惠机政策实施等对土地流转和农机应用的影响,探讨农业机械化与土地规模化的关系,分析土地流转过程中存在的问题,提出以土地经营规模化带动农业机械化、以农业机械化促进土地规模化的新思路。

The current household contract system has curbed the development of agricultural mechanization to a certain extent. This article expounds on the effect of accelerating rural labor transfer, farmers＇ strong will to move away from heavy labor and a series of national policies to benefit farmers on land transfer and application of agricultural machines. The author explores the relationship between agri-cultural mechanization and large-scale land management, makes analysis on the existing problems in the process of land transfer, and proposes the idea of boosting large-scale land management to drive the development of agricultural mechanization, which, in return, pro- motes the growth of large-scale land management.
